The primary goal of United Interventions Inc. is to preserve the individual’s independence and maintenance of healthy daily living through providing community linkages, role definition, and communication skills that will equip them with the knowledge, skills and establish or maintain normal interpersonal/social relationships, recognize significantly inappropriate social behavior and assist with basic independent living skills to prevent hospitalization, homelessness or isolation from social support as a result of conflicts with individuals at home, work or in community. Under the supervision of the Executive Director and/or Clinical Director; QMHP will enhance ADL Skills, supportive activities to help clients manage their mental illness in the community and the workplace, crisis intervention as well as assistance with medication management and monitoring concerns with overall health, dietary management and physical condition. QMHP will work directly with the client on identified goals that address issues at home, work and in the community. All services will be in accordance with agency policies and procedures. The client may utilize any and all program services available, as appropriate.
